Requests are handled by directors of departments and branches, head of divisions and category managers for products.

In your request please state the city and the address of the store/hypermarket where you noticed incidents and as many facts as possible (date, prices, first and last names). If you have a question on products we will need the information written on the packing: name of the product, producer, production date and where exactly you have purchased this product.

Requests are processed within 5 business days after which you can get the feedback from the operator of the call-center on 8-800-200-90-02.
